Multi Server Architecture:
A single CallXpress can support up to 8 nodes of telephony integration.  This not only offers the opportunity to double the maximum CallXpress system size to 384 ports, but also allows for various high availability and redundant system designs.

Enhanced Web Phone Manager:
Web Phone Manager has been expanded to allow more control over end user mailboxes to help reduce your administrative load.  Users can easily manage greetings, change notification settings, change availability settings and manage sponsored distribution lists.  WPM can also be used as a GUI tool to manage messages stored in CallXpress allowing for streaming message playback to the desktop using built in flash controls.
