As the CallXpress server will be a part of your network, we strongly suggest you install your corporate anti-virus software on the server with the following considerations:
 
  • Exclude the D:\cx directory from the active scan
  • If you are using Digital networking or SMS over SMTP, make sure port blocking is not turned on for port 25
