ACP Easy Utilities for CallXpress

ACP has developed several Easy utilities to aid in the administration of and add functionality to your CallXpress system

ACP Easy Scheduler
GUI scheduling utility  
This application allows an administrator to quickly build custom routing for individual departments without using the complicated routing of CallXpress. You are not limited by the number of departments and changes to one department do not impact any other department’s schedule.  Different departments can open and close at different times of the day.  Enterprise systems that handle numbers in different time zones can easily be accommodated.  This is the simplest solution for complicated schedules.   

ACP Easy Reset

One of the most common administrative requests is to reset the mailbox password for voicemail users.  ACP has developed an application that allows you to call a phone number, be authenticated (either via a PIN or a Mailbox Number and Password) then reset a password for 1 or more mailboxes.   The administrative setup for this application allows you to define who is allowed to reset passwords.  Default passwords can be defined as a set number (such as 123321) or to match a pattern (such as X321 where X is the mailbox number, hence resetting the password for mailbox 2555 would result in a new password of 2555321).

As mentioned above, one of the most common administrative requests is to reset the mailbox password for voicemail users.  ACP has developed a self service application to allow users to reset their own passwords  via a web page that can be made a part of your intranet site.  Windows Active Directory authentication is used to verify the person making the password request is the owner of the target mailbox.  This elegant solution allows a common problem to be resolved with no administrative overhead.

ACP Easy Alert
Expanded Message notification capabilities  
Use either the TUI or a web client to trigger preconfigured alert lists.  Alerts can be sent to email addresses, SMS addresses and phone numbers in any combination.  Alerts can be triggered manually or automatically.  A common application would be to notify your service department in the event of a network failure. 

ACP Easy Directory
Enhance the CallXpress Subscriber directory  
The built in CallXpress directory is great, but has some inherent limitations.  Now you can overcome those limitations.  Possibilities include:
  • Tenanted directory:  Have the directory search on a specific segment of your users such as department or location.
  • Global directory:  Search a directory of all your users, not just those on the local CallXpress.
  • Alternate transfer:  Locate a user in the directory, but have the call transferred to an alternate number.  For example, a caller could locate your CEO in the directory, but rather than sending the call to the CEO, send the call to an assistant.
 ACP Easy Train
Source material to add video based training to your intranet  
We will provide you with a series of video files that can be played consecutively as a complete training course, or accessed individually as a refresher on a specific topic.  We will also provide a basic web page to be used as an access portal for the training videos.  Content and web page can be customized for your environment. 

ACP Easy Locate
Allow callers to find your location nearest to them  
Great for retail outlets and other multi location companies.  Callers can enter an identifier such as area code or zip and have returned a list of locations nearest them.  Easy Locate can also be used for companies with segmented customer service.  For example, enter an account number and be directed to the proper service center.
